Shipping Policy – TCG Ultra

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We occasionally offer free shipping on qualifying orders. The order amount required for free shipping may change at any time and is subject to availability and promotional periods. Please refer to the top of our site or checkout page for current eligibility.


Delivery Options

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Additional charges apply

Local DeliveryAvailable by request only. Please contact us at tcgultra@hotmail.com before placing your order to see if local delivery is possible.

We do not currently offer in-person pickup.


Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. TCG Ultra is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at tcgultra@hotmail.com. We’ll do our best to assist with a claim or resolution.

For high-value orders, we recommend choosing a shipping option with insurance and signature confirmation.


Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

If you catch a mistake after placing your order, email us as soon as possible at tcgultra@hotmail.com. We may be able to update it before your order ships.


Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will ship only when all items in the order are in stock. If you need part of your order sooner, please place separate orders.
