Refund policy
Return Policy – TCG Ultra
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. This includes eligible accessories such as card sleeves, binders, playmats, and storage solutions. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at ultra@tcgultra.shop. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Single trading cards (raw or sleeved)
- Graded cards
- TCG booster packs, booster boxes, sealed decks, or any products containing randomized contents
- Gift cards and sale/clearance items
These items cannot be returned due to concerns about tampering, condition, and value protection.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the eligible item, and once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please note that trading cards, graded cards, and sealed TCG products remain non-returnable even under this policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
